An appeal by the Appellant by way of notion of appeal on the grounds that the learned trial judge failed to inform the accused of her right to appeal against convinction - that the learned trial judge failed to record his summing up - that the learned trail judge ignored and misconstrued the evidence relating to self defence and provocation - that the whole trial was a miscarriage of justice - The issue of whether the jury was empaneled and accused put in it"s charge -The issue of self defence - Appeal allowed,sentence and conviction quashed and the verdict of not guilty be entered
